We accept Bank transfers, iDeal and Paypal payments

Delivery time depends on what country you life in. In general delivery will not take longer then 1-2 weeks after your order has been shipped.

Nail Polish Supplies.nl does not store creditcard data or any data concerning payment. Your account details will only be used for shipping information and will not be passed to third parties.

After we receive your order and payment we will pack your order for shipping. As soon as it is shipped we will change the order status to shipped and you will receive a notification of shipment and if applicable it will contain your  trackingnumber.

Yes. You will receive an invoice by e-mail. So please be sure to put in the correct e-mail addres when you order. If you did not receive an invoice please check your spam. You can always contact us through the contact form if you did not get an invoice.

Due to the nature of cosmetic ingredients there is a no refund policy on cosmetic pigments, micas, glitters and nail polish suspension base.
However, unwanted packaging products like bottles, and liquid pigment tinters, if unused and in original condition, original seal unbroken, may be returned with 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Return postage is at the customers cost and should be done with tracking code. Returns should always be requested and approved before sending back.
